The new printer works wonderfully and produces material of a very high quality. We are very grateful to all the supporters.

During the last two years Faclia Printing House staff felt the need for a new colour printer. Since 2008 they used with great efficiency a digital printing shop and printed all the new books on demand. Its director, Dinu Moga, pointed out that it became obvious that the changes taking place in the book sector, secular and Christian, would force every publisher to reconsider the printing of large stock.

With the help of SGA and others, the publishing house was able to purchase all the digital equipment necessary to embark on such a venture.  However, two years ago the colour printer began to break down quite often, until eventually the colour processor collapsed. It was obvious that they needed a new printer. Again, SGA and others were able to step in to help provide the necessary funding to purchase a new Konica Minolta AccurioPrint C4065 printer costing £11,400.

Following a delayed delivery due to a lack of electronic chips worldwide, the printer arrived on the 29th September and was set up a few days later.

New printer ready for work!

Dinu writes, ‘The new printer works wonderfully and produces material of a very high quality. We are very grateful to all the supporters… who made this new acquisition possible. We are using this colour printer to print all our covers, and all other materials which are produced in colour for our children’s books and some other books for various courses.

We pray that our publishing house will now continue for many years to publish and print many books for our churches, theological schools, and seminaries.’
