The Lord is at work in Vrsac

SGA LEADERSHIP SUPPORT

Avram Dega has pastored the Church in Vrsac, Serbia, along with four village churches, for over seventeen years. God has blessed that ministry abundantly and today as the work continues to grow, he is involved with SGA in a Bible School there, training and equipping nationals in church planting. Avram writes:

“Praise God, that we had eight young people who were baptised and joining our church fellowship this summer! All of them have one or both parents who are believers and most of them have been coming to Sunday school since they were almost babies. It is so great to see them now as the youngest generation (age between 17-22) of our church, involved with singing praises, playing instruments and leading the church in music!

The Lord is at work in Vrsac and we rejoice that another group of ten Christians joined our fellowship as well. However, there are more

young people, teenagers and even children within the church that need to experience the transforming power of Christ, through repentance and personal faith in Jesus! We are praying that all of them and many others from Vrsac will know the Lord Jesus in a personal way! Many of these youth are interested in music and playing instruments. We trust that Christian music will keep them together, and will make others join the group. In the light of this it is so good that we have planned with the SGA, to continue with the devotional teaching for all generations, and especially the young people.

Thank you for praying for us in Vrsac and partnering with us for many years.

May the Lord bless you and keep you.”
