EXCITEMENT IN HLINNE

The Roma Church in the village of Hlinne, Slovakia, which is an extension of the Hernanovce Church, has recently taken possession of a building which will become their ‘House of Prayer’. The building has additional rooms for children’s work and small group meetings. Initially some non-Christian Roma men, who did not want the church to have the property, threatened violent action, but the believers slept in the house on the first night, as a defence against damage. All passed off peacefully and services have now commenced.
