Ministry update on a church planter: Pavel Gubchak

pavel gubchak

Pavel’s wife died over six years ago, leaving him to raise ten children, but that did not stop his vision for church planting and today he is supported through SGA’s Leadership Support ministry. He reports that he has visited the fifty families of the church. “It’s a big responsibility to encourage people and God helps me in it.” Pavel said. “We had Christmas services in different villages and many people heard God’s Word and they were happy. At our own Christmas service six people repented of their sin. Three of them were unconverted and three were believers. May God help them in their faith.

We also have some problems to face. Many people leave our church to go to Moscow to earn money and therefore I need to attend to their families and churches.
Thank you for your prayers and financial support. Please continue to pray for my health and for my family too.”

He reports that he has visited the fifty families of the church.
