"And they reported all things that God had done with them"
Acts 15:4

Ivan Machinski
- working in the village of Medveja, Moldova.

Peace to you dear brothers and sisters. Thank you for your support for us. We have some good news and some bad news to report. First the good news. Two men who were new converts have now been baptised this year. We continue to visit a family and we hope to talk about the Gospel.

The bad news is that my eldest son Alexander came back home from the army. We are struggling with him. His spiritual growth is very low. Please pray for him.

Bicske Bible School
Ivan Machinski - Moldova

For over twenty years he did many bad things and now he faces the consequences. His son, and our grandson, is now four and he lives with us. We lov him very much but his father doesn’t want to know him. Only God can resolve this problem. Another son Sergei gets married in May. We decided to have this wedding in Medveja. It will be the second Christian wedding in our village for a long time.

We had an outreach in the kindergarten at Christmas. We prepared the presents for children and invited their parents. Everything went well. We plan again to have something like this for Easter. The administrators of the kindergarten and the parents were very glad and we want you to pray for the next outreach. We also plan to visit a school where the director is a very strong atheist. He retires this year. We hope to have an outreach in this school. Please pray.

We have some problems with our youth because they leave the village for Moscow, to make money. As a result we only have old people in our church.

Please pray for me, because I need God’s wisdom and patience.

Sergei Coconesco - a deacon in the Chiubara Church, Moldova
The peace of God to you. I want to tell you about our church and our ministry in Chubara. We have five church members, five children and a new convert (a lady). We have meetings in the church on Sundays and on holidays. We also have a Sunday School for children.
On New Year’s Eve we had a great joy in our church. A lady repented. She had been attending the services regularly. We had two special services at Christmas. On the first day we had a service when we prepared ourselves. On the second day guests and a youth group from Rishkani visited. They had a good programme. There were many non-Christian people who attended.

Besides the spiritual work we continue to work in the House of Prayer and Sunday school. Last year we couldn’t finish it because of the lack of money, but thanks to God and to brothers and sisters, we now have all the money needed to finish the building this year. We want to complete the building and to have a dedication service. Thank you for your donations from the churches of U.K. and Ireland. We have already bought the main materials and we plan to begin our work after winter.
Please pray for a new convert, sister Nina and for her husband, who does not accept the Word of God. Pray also for revival in Chubara because many people have heard the Word of God, but they have not repented.

Peter and Luda
Peter and Luda Mikhalchuk from Kalarashovka, Moldova

Peter Mikhalchuk - Pastor in Kalarashovka, Moldova. Peter reports a number of recent events:
The evangelistic campaigns held last summer from his church, saw around one thousand eight hundred people being reached with the Gospel and one hundred and ten people repented.
There were thirteen people baptised recently at the Kalarashovka church. The youngest of them was thirteen and the oldest was eighty seven years. We have started two new churches. One in the village of Shaliviry and the other in Chebriu. They both need buildings for regular services. Slavic Todoseichuk has begun the ministry in Shaliviry village.
